Alpine Museum (Museum of Alpine History)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This museum immerses visitors in the fascinating history of the French Alps. The extensive collection is displayed in a former luxury hotel from the Belle \u00c9poque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Visitors discover the region&#039;s rich heritage and culture. Exhibitions tell the story of Mont Blanc and Chamonix, from the first mountaineering expeditions to the arrival of tourists who admired the &quot;Glaci\u00e8res de Savoye&quot; and the golden age of glamorous ski resorts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A superb collection of prints and photographs documents the town&#039;s evolution between the 18th and 20th centuries.
